We are in network with most PPO plans, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, and United Health Care.
We are in network with HMO plans under Pomona Valley Health Group (Promed) and Citrus Valley health group.
We accept Medicaid and Medical. To verify your medical benefits you can text us your insurance information.

Do you offer same-day appointments?
While we cannot guarantee same day appointments, if you need to be seen urgently, feel free to give us a call and we can try our best to fit you into our earliest availability.
We do not accept walk-in appointments.

Do you offer telehealth or virtual visits?
Yes! You must be an established patient to request a telehealth visit. Certain insurance plans may prohibit telehealth visit. Feel free to contact us to review your specific benefits.

How do I access my medical records?
Your medical records will always be available to you via your patient portal. If you need specific records sent to you, you can request your records through our office. Please note we do not have access to records from other practices.

We accept all major credit cards or payment via check, cash, or zelle. You can also make payments online

How do I contact the doctor after hours?
You can always reach your doctor or the doctor covering for her in an emergency by dialing the office number and following the instructions after hours.

Can family members accompany me to my appointment?
Yes! We encourage you to bring your support team to your appointments. Due to space constraints we ask you limit your guests to two people

How do I request a prescription refill?
Please contact your pharmacy for a refill request. Please note that you must have seen your doctor within the last year to be eligible for refill requests. This helps us make sure that the medications that you are taking are still safe for you,.
